I've had a couple different therapists and they have all been knowledgeable and friendly, including the front desk personnel. They encourage and and answer all my questions. I can see my strength increasing and my pain decreasing. I highly recommend.

I recently had a physical therapy appointment with Laurie and felt that she did a great job evaluating my situation and set up a plan for me and showed me the areas that I needed to work on with her guidance and also exercises that I could do at home. She is very professional and great to work with.

I’m so pleased with the care and instruction I have received from Thomas. He is very knowledgeable, helpful, and aware of my needs. He always asks if I have any questions regarding my exercises and he always provides helpful advice. I can appreciate increased strength and range of motion since I began my therapy. I would highly recommend him for my family and friends PT needs.

The staff at I spine clinic is absolutely wonderful all friendly and willing to help with anything but I have to do a shout out to Holly greenwood she is absolutely the best I highly recommend her because she's wonderful and I absolutely love her she's great I have not had no problems at this clinic at all and Dr katir is also great I'm glad that she's there to help me with my pain as well as Holly Thank you Kelly d

Laurie Applebee definitely fits the quality on her team in Maplewood. She is professional, knowledgeable and works with great rapport. Can't imagine any other iSpine clinic in Twin Cities matching their quality!

I have had a great experience at ISpine. The staff are friendly and the PT staff are excellent. They are friendly, encouraging and have taught me so much about how to handle my back and SI joint pain. I have a lot of hope now!

She identified muscles and using Graston therapy smashed them out. It was painful but she did excellent job of pain relief. She is certainly a top expert in her field. She has staved off 8 years of post surgery disabling pain. Many 'experts' from HealthPartners had told me alot of mis information on my back. HP used only drugs that made me psychotic and digestively sick. Hollie has diverted me from that and introduced me to the Gaston technique. Greenwood has definitely put me butt back into gear. Now I must build endurance. I cannot thank her enough. She is your best staff. And best professional I have meet in my medical follies.

Laurie A. Is absolutely the best!! As a provider, I highly recommend you meet with her for your physical therapy care! Her knowledge, skillset, patience, compassion, and determination to help you are at a level above anyone else in the field! Trust her and you WILL feel better! Being in practice for over a decade, I have heard the apprehensions surrounding seeking out Physical Therapy, but assure you Laurie's approach and ISpine are completely different! If you are in tune with your body and can articulate your discomfort, I'm pretty confident Laurie has the solution!
